Lip Filler & Dermal Fillers in Miami
Restore what time takes, without changing who you are.
Hyaluronic acid gels and collagen biostimulators that restore support and contour where the face has lost it, with the product chosen for the tissue and the area.
Fillers & Volume

As we age, natural changes in facial volume, bone structure and collagen can lead to under-eye hollowing, flatter cheeks, deeper facial folds, less defined lips and a softer jawline. Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to restore lost volume, enhance facial contours and create subtle, natural-looking definition where it is needed.
At Naiva, filler treatment is never about simply adding volume. We look at your facial structure as a whole: where support has been lost, how your features relate to one another and what will create the most balanced result. Depending on your anatomy and goals, treatment may include a hyaluronic acid filler for immediate volume and contour or a biostimulatory injectable designed to encourage your body's own collagen production gradually over time.
Our approach prioritizes strategic placement over quantity. The goal is not to change the way you look, but to restore support, enhance your natural features and create results that feel balanced with the rest of your face. Your clinician will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your anatomy, goals and desired outcome.
Every treatment is performed by a licensed provider under Medical Director oversight, with clear protocols. Results are assessed carefully, and additional treatment is recommended only when appropriate.

How fillers work, and how we choose between them
Every filler works in one of two ways. Hyaluronic acid (HA) gels, which include Juvéderm, Restylane, Belotero and SKINVIVE, add volume or hydration immediately, are reversible with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, and typically last six to eighteen months depending on the product and the area. Biostimulators, Radiesse and Sculptra, work differently: they prompt your own tissue to build collagen, so the result develops gradually and lasts longer, but cannot be dissolved. With either kind, placement matters more than quantity: the right product in the plane where support was lost does more than a larger amount placed to chase a line.
Among the HA gels, the choice is about tissue. Juvéderm uses a smooth, cohesive gel technology, and its firmer formulations (such as Voluma) are well suited to deep placement on the cheekbone or chin where lift is the goal, while its softer ones (such as Volbella and Kysse) suit lips and fine lines. Restylane is built from a particle-based gel that holds its shape under pressure, which makes it a reliable choice for cheeks, the backs of the hands and defined lip borders, with flexible versions designed for areas that move a lot, like the lines around the mouth. Belotero integrates evenly into thin tissue, so it is the product we reach for in delicate areas such as fine superficial lines, the tear trough and vertical lip lines, where a firmer gel could show or leave a bluish tint. SKINVIVE is a Juvéderm injectable and now sits here, under Fillers & Volume: it places hyaluronic acid as tiny microdroplets within the skin of the cheeks to improve smoothness and hydration, without adding volume or changing your contours.
For longevity and structure, the biostimulators take over. Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite gel that gives immediate lift and then stimulates collagen over three to six months, typically lasting twelve to eighteen months; it excels along the jawline, in the temples and on the hands. Sculptra is poly-L-lactic acid, given as a series of two or three sessions, with results building gradually over six to twelve weeks and lasting up to about two years; it is the choice for broad, diffuse volume loss across the mid-face and temples rather than sharp definition.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →What's the difference between Juvéderm and Restylane?
Both are hyaluronic acid fillers and both are reversible. Juvéderm's gel is smoother and more cohesive, which gives a soft, blended lift. Restylane's gel is more particle-based and holds its shape under pressure, which suits areas that need definition. In practice we choose by area and tissue, and many patients have both in different places.
Is Sculptra better than filler?
Neither is better; they answer different questions. Sculptra rebuilds collagen gradually over months and suits broad, diffuse volume loss. HA fillers add volume immediately and can be adjusted or dissolved. For some patients the right plan is Sculptra for the foundation and a small amount of HA for definition.
How long do fillers last?
Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last six to eighteen months depending on the product, the area and your metabolism; lips tend to be shorter, cheeks longer. Radiesse lasts around twelve to eighteen months and Sculptra up to about two years. Results vary by individual.
Can filler be dissolved if I don't like it?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, usually within a day or two. Radiesse and Sculptra cannot be dissolved, which is why we recommend them only once we understand how your face responds and what you want long term.
Will I look overdone?
Overdone faces come from too much product in the wrong plane, usually chasing a line instead of restoring support. We place product where support was lost, review at follow-up, and add only if it is needed. The goal is that people notice you look well, not that you had something done.
How much does filler cost?
Fees depend on the product and the number of syringes or vials your plan requires, which we determine after assessing where support has been lost. Pricing is set at your assessment. We do not publish per-syringe prices because the number is meaningless without the plan.
