Use of this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. The content is informational and is not a substitute for a medical consultation; no page creates a clinician–patient relationship. Treatment decisions are made at consultation, with a licensed clinician, after an assessment.
Appointments and booking
Online appointments are booked through our booking system. Aesthetic appointments carry a $50 aesthetic assessment, credited in full to your treatment, held on a card when you book. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, may forfeit that hold under the practice policy communicated to you when you book.
Results and claims
Results from any treatment vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Naiva or are used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Florida law allows, Naiva is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
