Supplements in Miami
Fewer bottles, each with a reason.
At Naiva, your clinician recommends supplements as part of your personalized plan, after looking at what you already take, your prescriptions and any labs in your plan. The goal is a short list that fits the rest of your care.
Part of your wellness consultation
Uses the labs already in your plan
A clear keep, pause or stop list
Reviewed at your plan check-ins
Start with what's already on your shelf

Most people who come in already take something. A multivitamin, vitamin D, magnesium, a collagen powder, an omega-3. Few can say why each one is there, or whether two of them overlap. We start by looking at the whole list with you.
Chosen to fit your plan
Your clinician weighs your goals, your history, your prescriptions and any labs already in your plan, then suggests only what fits. If something you take repeats something else, or is better taken at a different time from a medication, we will tell you.
Part of the bigger picture
Supplements sit alongside your hormone, weight and longevity care. They do not replace it. Your clinician reviews them at your regular check-ins, so the list stays current and only what still fits stays on it.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →Who is a supplement review for?
Anyone who takes more than one or two supplements and wants a clear reason for each, and anyone on a plan with us. You do not need a health problem to come in. Many patients simply want their routine to be deliberate.
Do I need blood work first?
Not always. If you have labs as part of a plan with us, your clinician uses them. Recent labs from another provider are welcome too.
What happens to the supplements I already take?
Your clinician reviews what you take as part of your wellness consultation and tells you what to keep, change or stop.
Can supplements replace hormone therapy or a weight plan?
No. They can sit alongside those plans, but they are not a substitute for them. Your clinician decides how everything fits together.
