NAD+ Therapy in Miami
Support the cells that do the repairing.
NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell uses to make energy and repair DNA; levels fall with age. At Naiva it is given as a slow infusion, selected by a clinician based on your history and what you are preparing for or recovering from.
First session 250 mg; plan on at least two hours
Not required; a clinician screens you at the chair
Many report better energy and clarity; results vary
A loading month, then monthly; take-home options between visits
Where you are

You have probably heard about NAD+ from someone who swears by it, and from someone else who called it hype. Both have a point. What brings most patients here is wanting to stay sharp, steady and quick to recover as the years add up, and to protect that on purpose rather than by luck.
NAD+ sits at the center of how cells make energy. It is a coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into usable fuel, and it is needed by the enzymes that repair DNA. Levels fall with age, and heavy training, short sleep and alcohol draw them down further.
What is less settled is how much restoring NAD+ from the outside changes how you feel or age. Laboratory and animal research is promising; human studies are small, short and still accumulating. We offer NAD+ infusions because many patients find them worthwhile, and we describe them exactly as they are: supportive, not curative.
Where you want to be
An infusion delivers NAD+ directly into the bloodstream, rather than through digestion. Many report better energy and clarity, and smoother recovery through demanding stretches of work, travel or training. Results vary, so we ask you to judge it honestly with your clinician. We do not claim NAD+ reverses aging or treats any disease.
NAD+ fits best inside a longer-term plan with the foundations in place: sleep, training, nutrition, and hormone and metabolic markers that have been measured. Used that way, as regular support rather than a fix, it is a reasonable investment in how you feel over the years ahead.
What to expect
Your first session is 250 mg, for everyone. Plan on at least two hours. NAD+ is given slowly on purpose: a faster rate can bring on flushing, chest pressure or queasiness, which pass once the rate is eased. Your provider adjusts the drip to your comfort and checks on you throughout. Most patients bring work, a book or headphones.
After a first session you tolerated well, your clinician may move you to 500 mg sessions. Plan on at least four hours for those.
Cadence. Most plans start with a loading month (a few sessions across the first four weeks), then one session a month. Between visits, your clinician can prescribe NAD+ for home use as a small injection under the skin, a nasal spray or a sublingual form.
Who performs it
NAD+ books directly, with no separate consultation. Danielle or Rosie, our nurse practitioners, review your history at the chair (including cancer history, heart, kidney and blood pressure conditions, pregnancy and allergies) and check on you throughout the session, under Medical Director oversight

Who it suits
- Adults who want to support energy, mental clarity and recovery as part of a longer-term plan
- People heading into a demanding stretch of work, travel or training
- Those who already have the basics in place (sleep, nutrition, training) and want to add cellular support
- Anyone comfortable with a longer, unhurried visit and a candid conversation about what the research shows
Not suited for: anyone who is pregnant, has active cancer, or has uncontrolled blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions; your clinician screens for these at the chair.
Every treatment is performed by a licensed provider under Medical Director oversight, with clear protocols.
A clinician screens every patient before any treatment. Results vary by individual.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →What does an NAD+ infusion feel like, and why does it take so long?
If NAD+ runs too fast it can cause flushing, warmth, chest pressure, queasiness or cramping. These come from the rate and ease when the drip is slowed, which is why we run it slowly and why a first session takes at least two hours. Tell your provider the moment anything feels off.
What are the risks, and who shouldn't have NAD+?
Beyond the rate effects above, the risks are those of any IV: minor bruising and, rarely, an allergic reaction. Our first-session NAD+ contains a preservative, benzyl alcohol, so tell us about any allergy to it. NAD+ is not for anyone pregnant, with active cancer, or with uncontrolled blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions. Your clinician screens for all of this first.
Do I need a consultation or labs first?
No. NAD+ books directly, and a clinician screens you at the chair. If you are building a longer-term plan, your clinician can add a baseline blood panel.
How often should I have it?
There is no single published schedule. Ours is a loading month, then monthly, with take-home NAD+ between visits if you want it. Your clinician sets a review point, so continuing is a decision rather than a habit.
When will I notice anything, and does it reverse aging?
It varies from person to person. Many report better energy and clarity, and some notice little. NAD+ does not reverse aging, and we will never tell you it does. It supports processes involved in cellular energy and repair, which is a different thing.
