Where you are

You look after yourself. You train, you sleep when you can, you eat reasonably well. And some weeks still ask for more: a quarter-end, a destination wedding, a red-eye home, a race you have trained months for.

You want to show up ready for it, and feel like yourself again soon after.

02

Where you want to be

An IV delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals straight into the bloodstream through a small line, rather than through digestion. That is the whole idea, and it is why many people make a drip part of their routine.

We keep the menu short. Your clinician helps you choose based on your history, any recent labs and what is coming up, and will tell you when a different drip, or none, makes more sense.

Hydration

Straightforward fluid replenishment, before an event, after a workout or after a flight.

Vitamin & Mineral

Our everyday blend for a demanding week, or a regular place in your routine.

Immune Support

A vitamin blend many people schedule before travel or a busy season.

Recovery

For training blocks, race weeks and the days after a big effort.

Beauty

For skin, hair and nails, often booked ahead of an event or alongside an aesthetics plan.

Glutathione add-on

A short add-on, most often paired with Beauty. Your clinician confirms where it fits.

03

What to expect

Book the drip you have in mind. When you arrive, a clinician reviews your health history, medications and allergies, checks your vitals and confirms the drip suits you. A licensed provider places a small line, usually in the forearm or hand, which most people describe as a brief pinch.

You settle in to read, work or rest, and you are checked on throughout. There is no downtime. Most people go straight back to their day.

Ask your own question →
Which drip is right for me?

Start with what is coming up. Hydration for a straightforward top-up, Vitamin & Mineral for a demanding week, Immune Support before travel or a busy season, Recovery around training and race days, Beauty ahead of an event. Your clinician confirms the choice at the chair and may suggest a different one based on your history.

Does it hurt, and is there downtime?

Placing the line feels like a brief pinch, similar to a blood draw. Most people find the drip itself comfortable; some notice a cool feeling in the arm or a faint taste. There is no downtime, and you can return to work or training the same day.

What are the risks, and who shouldn't have an IV?

The common ones are those of any IV: minor bruising or tenderness where the line was placed, and, rarely, irritation of the vein or an allergic reaction, which is why you are monitored throughout. People who are pregnant, or who have heart, kidney or blood pressure conditions, need a clinician's clearance first, and some will be advised against it.

Is an IV better than taking vitamins by mouth?

It is different. An IV delivers directly into the bloodstream and replaces fluid, which a tablet cannot. For everyday nutrition, food and oral supplements do most of the work, and we will tell you so. A drip earns its place around the weeks that ask the most of you.

Can I add glutathione?

Yes. Glutathione is offered as a short add-on alongside a drip, and many patients pair it with Beauty. Your clinician checks that it suits you first, including asking about any allergy to preservatives such as benzyl alcohol.
