Venus Nova Muscle Conditioning in Miami
Muscle conditioning for the abdomen, glutes, thighs and arms.
Venus Nova muscle conditioning is a non-surgical treatment that pairs radiofrequency with magnetic pulses to condition the muscles of the abdomen, glutes, thighs and arms. Sessions take 30–60 minutes with no downtime, and the best results usually come around sessions 6–8, followed by maintenance.

Where you are

You train consistently, and some areas still don't show it the way you expect: the lower abdomen after a pregnancy, the glutes, the backs of the arms or the thighs. Muscle tone changes with age and life events, and training alone does not always reach the areas you care about most.
Where you want to be
Venus Nova combines radiofrequency with magnetic pulses, applied over the muscle group being treated. The aim is better-conditioned muscle and firmer-looking skin over the area, built gradually across a series as a complement to training. Results vary by individual.
It is not a fat-reduction treatment. Where a pocket of fat sits over the muscle, CoolSculpting® may be planned alongside it; where dimpling is the main issue, Venus Nova cellulite reduction is the better fit.
What to expect
Your first visit includes an assessment of the areas, baseline photographs and a plan for the series. During treatment you lie comfortably while the applicator works over the area; most patients feel warmth and a pulsing sensation in the muscle. There is no anesthesia and no downtime, and you can return to work or training the same day.
30–60 minutes. Treatment of the planned areas while you lie comfortably, with no restrictions afterward.
No downtime. Any warmth in the treated area settles within a few hours.
Best around sessions 6–8. Change builds progressively across the series rather than after a single session.
Maintenance needed. Periodic sessions, along with regular training and a stable weight, help hold the result.
Who it tends to suit
- Adults who want the abdomen, glutes, thighs or arms to look more toned
- Patients whose muscle tone has softened after pregnancy, weight change or with age
- People who already train and want to complement it
- Those willing to complete a series and keep up maintenance
- Not a weight-loss treatment, and not suitable during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, or over metal implants in the treatment area
Who performs it
At your assessment, your clinician looks at the area, the muscle tone and the skin over it, asks about your training and your goals, and sets out what a series can realistically change. Where fat, cellulite or weight are part of the picture, CoolSculpting, cellulite reduction or a medical weight plan are planned together with it.

Every treatment is performed by a licensed provider under Medical Director oversight, with clear protocols.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →What does Venus Nova muscle conditioning feel like?
Most patients describe warmth with a pulsing sensation in the muscle. Settings are adjusted to your comfort during the session, and no anesthetic is needed.
How many sessions will I need?
The best results usually come around sessions 6–8. Your clinician sets the number and spacing at your assessment, based on the area and your goals, and reviews progress against your baseline photographs.
Does it replace exercise?
No. It is designed to complement training, and patients who keep up regular exercise and a stable weight tend to hold their result best.
Will it help me lose weight?
No. Muscle conditioning does not reduce weight or remove fat. For a defined pocket of fat, CoolSculpting may be added; where weight itself is the goal, a medical weight plan under our wellness practice is the place to start.
How long do the results last?
Muscle tone changes with activity and age, so results are held with periodic maintenance sessions. Results vary by individual.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the areas treated and the number of sessions in your plan. Pricing is set at your assessment.
