HydraFacial MD in Miami

Clear, hydrated skin, with nothing to recover from.

HydraFacial MD is a medical-grade facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin in one pass using a patented spiral tip rather than manual pressure. It is designed to leave skin clearer and better hydrated the same day, with no downtime.

Visit

About 45 minutes.

First days

No downtime.

Results

Clearer, hydrated skin the same day.

Longevity

Two to four weeks per session.

The problem is congestion. Pores around the nose and chin look full by mid-afternoon, makeup sits unevenly and the surface reads dull, because Miami humidity and layered sunscreen build up faster than a home routine clears them. Scrubs and stronger cleansers loosen that debris but rarely lift it out.

02

Where you want to be

A spiral tip works across the skin in one sequence: a gentle exfoliation loosens the surface, light vacuum suction draws debris out of the pores, and serum flows in behind it. Because the device does the extraction rather than fingertips, it is more even and less likely to leave the skin inflamed.

The final step delivers hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides into freshly cleared skin, which absorbs them more readily. Boosters for tone, fine lines or congestion are chosen by your provider, and the exfoliation and suction are set for your skin on the day. Its value comes from repeating it at sensible intervals.

03

What to expect

Most people describe the sensation as a cool, wet sweep with mild suction. You leave with skin that looks clear and slightly more even, with nothing to cover; skip heavy exfoliation for a day or two and wear sunscreen as usual.

The visit

About 45 minutes. Cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate, with a short review of your skin first.

First days

No downtime. Fair or sensitive skin can look faintly pink for an hour, and makeup can go on the same day.

Results

Clearer, hydrated skin the same day. Hydration is most visible for five to seven days, and tone looks more even for two to four weeks.

Longevity

Two to four weeks per session. Repeated monthly, the baseline improves rather than resetting each time.

Who it tends to suit

  • Skin that looks dull or congested despite a consistent home routine
  • Anyone who wants a visible improvement before an event without downtime
  • Oily or combination skin with recurring clogged pores around the nose and chin
  • Sensitive skin that reacts badly to scrubs and manual extractions
  • A maintenance step between more intensive treatments such as chemical peels or microneedling
  • Not suited to active rosacea flares, open lesions, sunburn or skin recently treated with isotretinoin; your provider will advise on timing
04

Who performs it

Your skin is assessed before the first treatment so the exfoliation, suction and any boosters match your skin rather than a default. Your provider keeps notes on how it responds from visit to visit and adjusts as seasons, travel and other treatments change what it needs.

Credentials

Every treatment is performed by a licensed provider under Medical Director oversight, with clear protocols.

Standards

Consultation before any treatment. Products and devices chosen for your anatomy and your goals. Results vary by individual and build over time.

Questions patients ask

Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.

Ask your own question →
Does it hurt?

No. You feel a cool sweep and light suction, and the exfoliating serum can tingle briefly. There are no needles and nothing that requires numbing.

How many sessions do I need?

One session gives a visible result the same day. For a lasting change in clarity and texture, most patients do best with a treatment about every four weeks, in step with the skin's renewal cycle. Your provider will suggest a cadence and adjust it as your skin settles.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on the length of the treatment and any boosters or added steps your provider recommends for your skin. Pricing is set at your assessment.

Can I have it done before an event?

Yes. Skin looks clearest and most hydrated in the first week, so booking two to five days ahead works well for most patients. There is no downtime; skip retinoids, acids and scrubs for about forty-eight hours afterward.

What's the difference between a HydraFacial and a regular facial?

A conventional facial relies on hands, steam and manual extractions. HydraFacial MD exfoliates, extracts and infuses with a device in one continuous sequence, which makes extraction more even and less irritating. Many patients alternate it with the Signature Facial depending on what their skin needs that month.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin or rosacea?

For most sensitive skin, yes, because the settings and serums can be adjusted. During an active rosacea flare, sunburn or open breakouts, we ask you to wait. Tell your provider about recent treatments or prescription skincare so timing can be planned.
