What this policy covers
This policy explains how Langley Health Inc. d/b/a Naiva - Coral Gables ("Naiva") ("we") collects, uses and protects information about people who visit this website, use our booking tools or write to us. Protected health information we receive as a health care provider is additionally governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available on this site.
Information we collect
Information you give us: name, phone number, email, preferred language, answers to the goals quiz, contact messages and the details needed to book an appointment. When you book online, card details go directly to our booking system’s payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and, when you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign parameters in the URL. We do not run analytics tools or advertising pixels on the quiz or booking pages.
How we use it
To answer your messages, prepare and confirm appointments, remind you of visits, coordinate your care with the clinical team and, with your consent, tell you about the practice. We use a patient relationship system (HighLevel) and a booking system (Boulevard) for these tasks; both act under contract as service providers and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site, booking and patient communication, with professionals involved in your care, and where the law requires it.
Text messages and email
By giving us your number and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages and emails about your appointments and, where you indicate, about the practice. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, within the limits that medical record-keeping law places on us. Write to the email address below. Residents of states with specific privacy laws may exercise the additional rights those laws provide.
Security and retention
We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. We keep contact and appointment data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for as long as the law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
