A shorter shelf, with a reason for every bottle.

Where you are

Your routine probably grew one bottle at a time. Something a friend recommended, something from an article, something you started years ago and never stopped. You take most of it most days, and you are not sure which parts matter.
That is normal, and it is worth a look. Supplements are easy to buy and hard to judge on your own. Some overlap. Some are better taken at a different time of day. Some can interact with prescription medication.
Where you want to be
Fewer products, chosen on purpose, with someone accountable for the choice.
Your clinician reviews everything you take against your goals, your history, your prescriptions and any labs in your plan. From there you get a short written plan: what to take, how much, when, and why it is there. If nothing needs adding, we say so. A shorter list is a good result.
What to expect
Bring everything you take, or clear photos of the labels, and a list of your prescriptions with doses. Your clinician goes through it with you at your wellness consultation, and you leave knowing what to keep, pause or stop.
If more information would help, your clinician may suggest labs first. Once your plan is set, it is written down and reviewed at your regular check-ins. Anything that is no longer needed comes off. Anything new is added on purpose.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →Can you review what I already take?
Yes, and it is often the most useful part of the visit. Bring the bottles or clear photos of the labels, including anything you take only now and then. Your clinician will go through each one with you.
Can supplements interact with my medication?
Some can. Certain supplements change how some prescriptions are absorbed or how they work, and for others the timing matters. That is one of the main reasons to review them with a clinician. Bring a full list of your prescriptions and doses.
How do you choose which products to recommend?
We look at the label, the dose and what the manufacturer can document about quality, including independent testing where it is available. We tell you why we chose anything we recommend.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It depends on what you are taking and why. Some changes are gradual, and some supplements fill a gap rather than produce something you feel day to day. Your clinician will tell you what to watch for and review it with you at your next check-in.
How much does it cost?
Your clinician reviews what you take as part of your wellness consultation and tells you what to keep, change or stop. Your consultation fee is credited to your personalized plan.
Is a supplement plan the same as IV therapy?
No. Supplements are taken by mouth as part of your daily routine. IV therapy is given here, after a clinician screens you. Some patients use both, and your clinician decides how they fit together.
