Great aesthetic results begin with healthy skin.

Before we think about fillers, lasers, microneedling or tightening treatments, we look at the foundation: hydration, congestion, texture, pigmentation, oil production, sensitivity and the health of your skin barrier.

At Naiva, a facial is not simply cleansing, steaming and applying a mask.

We approach facials as part of a broader skin-health strategy.

Our team can customize treatments using HydraFacial technology, Obagi Blue Peel treatments, professional exfoliation, extractions, masks and targeted skincare according to your skin and goals.

Some patients need deep cleansing and hydration. Others need help with congestion or acne. Some need more corrective exfoliation for uneven tone and texture. And many benefit from combining or alternating treatments over time.

Your skin changes. Your facial should change with it.

The Naiva Approach

More Than a Facial. A Personalized Skin Strategy.

Your skin does not have the same needs every month.

Stress, hormones, travel, weather, sun exposure, skincare products, aesthetic procedures and even changes in your routine can affect how your skin behaves.

A treatment that was appropriate three months ago may not be what your skin needs today.

That is why Naiva does not believe in performing exactly the same facial on every patient at every appointment.

Before treatment, we assess your skin and determine what should be prioritized.

Dehydrated skin may need replenishment and barrier support.

Congested skin may benefit from deeper cleansing and careful extractions.

Dull or rough skin may need controlled exfoliation.

Acne-prone skin requires a treatment that addresses congestion without unnecessarily aggravating inflammation.

Uneven tone and visible sun damage may require a more corrective approach, including an appropriately selected chemical peel.

Our team can then customize the treatment itself, or develop a longer-term plan that alternates complementary modalities.

At Naiva, the goal isn’t simply to give you a facial. It’s to progressively improve the health and appearance of your skin.

Our Signature HydraFacial Experience

Not Just a HydraFacial. Your HydraFacial.

HydraFacial has become one of the most recognized facial treatments because it combines several important steps into one efficient procedure.

But the device is only part of the experience.

What makes a Naiva HydraFacial different is how we customize the treatment around your skin.

Rather than treating every patient identically, we evaluate your skin’s hydration, congestion, sensitivity, oil production, texture and overall condition before determining how your treatment should be approached.

The HydraFacial system combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and serum delivery using its proprietary vortex-based technology.

This allows us to remove surface buildup and impurities while simultaneously supporting hydration and overall skin appearance.

The result is skin that can look cleaner, smoother, brighter, plumper and more refreshed with little to no downtime for most patients.

But at Naiva, we don’t stop at the standard protocol.

When appropriate, your HydraFacial can become part of a more comprehensive skin-health plan involving targeted boosters, professional skincare, complementary facials or corrective treatments at other appointments.

The technology is HydraFacial. The treatment plan is Naiva.

Why Patients Choose Naiva for HydraFacial

Customization Makes the Difference.

Two patients can walk into Naiva asking for a HydraFacial and need completely different things.

One may have dry, depleted skin before an event.

Another may have significant congestion around the nose and chin.

Another may be oily but dehydrated.

Another may be maintaining the results of microneedling, laser or injectable treatments and simply wants healthier-looking skin between procedures.

We don’t believe those patients should automatically receive identical treatments.

Your provider evaluates your skin first and adjusts the approach accordingly.

Depending on your skin and goals, your treatment may focus more heavily on:

  • Deep cleansing
  • Hydration
  • Congestion
  • Extractions
  • Texture
  • Brightening
  • Overall skin maintenance
  • Preparing for an upcoming event
  • Maintaining skin between other aesthetic procedures

For patients pursuing long-term skin improvement, we may also recommend alternating HydraFacial with other treatments rather than repeatedly performing the same facial.

Because the best facial isn’t necessarily the most aggressive one. It’s the one your skin needs now.

What Would You Like to Improve?

Dull, Dehydrated Skin

When skin looks tired, flat or dehydrated, a customized HydraFacial can deeply cleanse the surface while delivering hydrating serums that leave the complexion looking smoother and refreshed.

EXPLORE HYDRAFACIAL →

Congestion & Clogged Pores

Oil, dead skin cells, skincare products and environmental debris can contribute to visible congestion.

HydraFacial combines exfoliation with suction-based extraction to help clear buildup without relying solely on aggressive manual extractions.

EXPLORE DEEP CLEANSING →

Uneven Tone & Sun Damage

Miami sun exposure can contribute to visible pigmentation, uneven tone and premature signs of skin aging.

Depending on your skin, our providers may recommend professional skincare, HydraFacial or a more corrective treatment such as an Obagi Blue Peel.

EXPLORE BRIGHTENING & PEELS →

Acne & Breakouts

Active acne requires thoughtful treatment.

Rather than aggressively exfoliating inflamed skin, we customize treatment based on the type and severity of breakouts and coordinate your facial plan with your home skincare and any medical acne treatment when appropriate.

EXPLORE ACNE FACIALS →

Rough Texture

Surface buildup and irregular exfoliation can make skin look rough or dull.

HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, professional exfoliation or chemical peels may be selected depending on the cause and severity.

Skin Maintenance

You do not need a major skin problem to benefit from professional facials.

Regular treatments can become part of a long-term strategy focused on cleansing, hydration, exfoliation and maintaining healthy-looking skin.

Obagi Blue Peel Facials

When Your Skin Needs More Than a Glow.

There is an important difference between a facial designed primarily to refresh the skin and a peel designed to create controlled chemical exfoliation.

Naiva offers Obagi Blue Peel treatments for appropriately selected patients who may benefit from a more corrective approach to concerns such as uneven tone, rough texture, visible signs of sun damage and certain pigmentation concerns.

Obagi’s Blue Peel family uses professionally administered chemical exfoliation to remove damaged surface layers and encourage a fresher, more even-looking complexion.

Depending on the specific Obagi peel being used and its strength, treatment can range from relatively superficial exfoliation to a more intensive procedure requiring additional recovery.

That is why we do not treat a peel like a standard facial.

Before recommending one, our team considers your skin tone, pigmentation history, sensitivity, current skincare, medications, recent sun exposure, previous procedures and ability to follow post-treatment sun protection.

Especially in Miami, that last part matters.

A stronger treatment is not automatically a better treatment.

The right peel is the one strong enough to address your concern while remaining appropriate for your skin.

HydraFacial + Obagi

Maintenance Meets Correction.

These treatments do different jobs, which is exactly why they can complement each other.

HydraFacial is an excellent option when the priority is cleansing, hydration, extraction and maintaining a healthy-looking surface.

An Obagi Blue Peel may be selected when the priority is more corrective exfoliation for concerns involving tone, texture or visible photodamage.

Rather than choosing one forever, Naiva may strategically alternate treatments over time.

For example, a patient concerned about congestion, dehydration and uneven tone may have a treatment plan that uses HydraFacial for ongoing maintenance while incorporating appropriately timed Obagi peel treatments for more targeted correction.

We determine the sequence and recovery interval according to your skin.

HydraFacial maintains. Obagi can correct. Naiva determines how they fit together.

Signature Facial

Hands-On Care, Customized in Real Time.

Technology is powerful, but not every skin concern requires a device.

Our Signature Facial is a customized, hands-on treatment that allows our team to adapt each step according to what your skin is showing that day.

Treatment may incorporate professional cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, masks, hydration and other skin-conditioning steps.

The Signature Facial may be particularly appropriate when your skin requires a more hands-on approach or when the provider wants greater flexibility to adjust individual treatment steps.

No predetermined routine. No one-size-fits-all facial.

LEARN MORE →

Acne Facial

Clearer Skin Requires a Thoughtful Approach.

Acne-prone skin does not necessarily need stronger exfoliation.

In fact, overly aggressive treatment can irritate an already compromised skin barrier and make inflammation more noticeable.

Our Acne Facial is customized according to the type and severity of congestion or breakouts present.

Treatment may include deep cleansing, carefully performed extractions, appropriate exfoliation and professional products selected for acne-prone skin.

When a patient is using prescription acne medications or other active treatments, we take those into consideration before selecting products or exfoliation methods.

And when acne requires medical management rather than simply a facial, we will tell you.

The goal is not to attack acne. It is to improve the environment of the skin without unnecessarily irritating it.

Oxygenating Facial

Refresh Skin That Looks Tired, Stressed or Depleted.

Sometimes the skin does not need an aggressive resurfacing procedure.

It needs support.

Our oxygenating facial is designed for patients seeking a refreshed, brighter-looking complexion with minimal downtime.

Depending on the products and protocol selected, treatment focuses on cleansing, hydration and improving the appearance of tired or dull skin.

It can be particularly appealing before an event or when the skin needs a refresh but a stronger exfoliating treatment is not appropriate.

LEARN MORE →

Chemical Peels

Controlled Exfoliation. Customized Depth.

Chemical peels use carefully selected exfoliating agents to remove portions of the outer skin layers and encourage renewal.

Different acids, concentrations, application techniques and treatment depths can produce dramatically different effects.

That is why “chemical peel” should not be treated as one generic procedure.

A superficial peel may provide relatively mild exfoliation with limited downtime.

A stronger peel may produce visible peeling and require considerably more aftercare.

At Naiva, we select the peel according to your skin type, pigmentation, concern, previous treatments and ability to protect the skin during recovery.

Chemical peels may be considered for concerns including:

  • Uneven skin tone
  • Rough texture
  • Certain pigmentation concerns
  • Acne-related discoloration
  • Fine lines
  • Visible sun damage
  • Dullness

LEARN MORE →

Microdermabrasion

Mechanical Exfoliation for Smoother-Looking Skin.

Microdermabrasion provides controlled mechanical exfoliation of the outermost skin surface.

By removing superficial buildup, it can leave the skin feeling smoother and looking brighter.

It may be appropriate for patients concerned with dullness, mild roughness or superficial texture who are looking for an exfoliating treatment without a chemical peel.

However, it is not automatically appropriate for every skin type or every visit.

If your skin is inflamed, highly sensitive, recently resurfaced or would benefit more from another modality, our team can recommend an alternative.

The Power of Combination Treatment

The Best Skin Plans Don’t Depend on One Facial.

This is one of the biggest differences between a traditional spa facial and Naiva’s approach to skin health.

We have multiple treatment options available, which means we can build a plan instead of trying to make one facial solve everything.

A customized program might include:

HydraFacial → professional home skincare → HydraFacial maintenance

for a patient primarily focused on hydration, congestion and maintaining a healthy glow.

Or:

HydraFacial → Obagi Blue Peel → recovery → HydraFacial maintenance

for an appropriate patient who needs both routine skin maintenance and more targeted correction.

Or:

Acne Facial → customized home regimen → reassessment → HydraFacial or peel when appropriate

for someone whose skin first needs congestion and inflammation brought under better control.

And for patients receiving treatments elsewhere in Naiva’s aesthetic practice, facials may be incorporated strategically around treatments such as microneedling, RF microneedling, laser procedures or injectables.

Timing matters.

We determine when your skin would benefit from treatment, and when it needs to be left alone to recover.

More treatments are not always better. Better planning is better.

Facials as Part of Your Complete Naiva Treatment Plan

Healthy Skin Makes Everything Else Look Better.

Injectables can restore volume and soften expression lines.

Energy-based treatments can address laxity or texture.

Microneedling can stimulate remodeling.

But none of those replaces basic skin health.

Dryness, congestion, accumulated surface buildup, poor sun protection and an inconsistent home regimen can affect how polished and healthy the skin ultimately looks.

That is why Naiva views professional facials and skincare as an important part of a complete aesthetic plan.

Your facial schedule can be coordinated around your other treatments so that each modality has the appropriate time to work and recover.

We don’t treat your facial, your Botox®, your laser and your microneedling as unrelated appointments.

We look at the entire plan.

Your Skin Health Journey

01

Skin Assessment

We begin by evaluating your skin’s hydration, oil production, congestion, texture, pigmentation, sensitivity, current products and recent procedures.

02

Treatment Selection

Based on that assessment, we determine whether your skin would benefit most from HydraFacial, a Signature Facial, Acne Facial, Oxygenating Facial, Obagi Blue Peel, another chemical peel, microdermabrasion or a combination plan over time.

03

Customized Treatment

Your treatment is adapted according to what your skin needs that day.

When appropriate, professional products, boosters, masks, extraction techniques or other treatment steps may be selected to further customize the experience.

04

Home Skincare

What happens between appointments matters.

We can recommend a home regimen designed to complement your professional treatments and support your individual skin concerns.

05

Reassessment

Skin changes.

We reassess rather than automatically repeating the same facial every month.

Your next treatment may be identical, or completely different, depending on how your skin responds.

Why Naiva

A Facial Should Be More Than an Appointment.

A great facial can make your skin glow.

A great skin-health program should do more.

At Naiva, we combine advanced facial technology, professional-grade skincare, corrective treatments and clinical judgment to create a plan around your skin.

That means knowing when HydraFacial is the ideal treatment.

Knowing when your skin needs a peel instead.

Knowing when acne should be treated gently rather than aggressively exfoliated.

Knowing when to combine modalities.

And just as importantly, knowing when your skin needs time to recover before doing anything else.

We don’t want your skin to look good for one evening.

We want to help you build skin that consistently looks healthier, smoother, clearer and better cared for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ask your own question →
What makes a Naiva HydraFacial different?

The HydraFacial technology itself provides a standardized platform for cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and serum delivery.

What differentiates the Naiva experience is how we use it.

We evaluate your skin before treatment and determine which aspects should be prioritized based on hydration, congestion, sensitivity, oil production, texture and your other aesthetic treatments.

Rather than viewing HydraFacial as an isolated procedure, we can incorporate it into a broader skin-health plan that may include professional skincare, corrective treatments and other Naiva modalities.

Is HydraFacial better than a regular facial?

They serve different purposes.

HydraFacial uses specialized technology to provide controlled cleansing, exfoliation, suction-assisted extraction and serum delivery.

A customized hands-on facial gives the provider greater flexibility to incorporate manual techniques, masks, extractions and products based on what the skin needs during the appointment.

Neither is automatically better for every patient.

Naiva recommends the one that makes sense for your skin, or alternates them when appropriate.

What is an Obagi Blue Peel?

The Obagi Blue Peel family consists of professional chemical exfoliation treatments designed to improve selected concerns involving tone, texture and visible skin aging.

Different Obagi peel protocols can vary significantly in intensity.

The exact peel, strength, expected downtime and aftercare should therefore be determined by your provider after evaluating your skin.

What’s the difference between HydraFacial and an Obagi Blue Peel?

Think of them as serving different roles.

HydraFacial primarily focuses on cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and immediate improvement in skin appearance with minimal downtime.

An Obagi Blue Peel is a chemical exfoliation treatment that may be selected when the goal requires more corrective resurfacing.

Some patients benefit from alternating the two rather than choosing only one.

Can I combine a HydraFacial and an Obagi peel?

Potentially, but that does not mean they should automatically be performed during the same appointment.

Depending on the specific peel and your skin, Naiva may recommend separating the treatments and using HydraFacial during other stages of your skin-maintenance plan.

Your provider determines the safest and most useful sequence.

How often should I get a HydraFacial?

Many patients enjoy HydraFacial approximately monthly as part of their skin-maintenance routine, but there is no requirement that everyone follow the same schedule.

Your treatment frequency depends on your skin condition, goals, home skincare, other procedures and response.

Can I get a HydraFacial before an event?

HydraFacial is popular before events because most patients experience little to no downtime and may notice an immediate improvement in hydration, smoothness and radiance.

However, if it is your first treatment or you have particularly reactive skin, we recommend allowing additional time rather than scheduling any new procedure immediately before an important event.

Can HydraFacial help acne?

HydraFacial may help certain patients with congestion and oily skin through cleansing, exfoliation and extraction.

However, active inflammatory or cystic acne may require a different approach.

Our team evaluates your acne before deciding whether HydraFacial, an Acne Facial, professional skincare or medical acne management is more appropriate.

Will a HydraFacial make me peel?

Significant peeling is not normally expected after a standard HydraFacial.

Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur, but most patients return to normal activities quickly.

Chemical peels are different and may intentionally cause visible flaking or peeling depending on the product and strength used.

Will I peel after an Obagi Blue Peel?

Possibly.

The amount of visible peeling depends heavily on the specific Obagi peel protocol, concentration, number of layers, skin condition and treatment intensity.

Your provider will explain the expected recovery before treatment so you can plan accordingly.

Chemical peel or HydraFacial?

It depends on what you want to accomplish.

For hydration, congestion, routine exfoliation and immediate radiance, HydraFacial may be the better choice.

For more targeted correction of certain pigmentation, texture or photodamage concerns, a chemical peel may be more appropriate.

For many patients, the best long-term strategy incorporates both at different times.

Chemical peel or microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion provides mechanical surface exfoliation.

Chemical peels use chemical agents to create controlled exfoliation at a depth determined by the formulation and treatment protocol.

The appropriate choice depends on your skin type, concern, sensitivity, pigmentation history, desired intensity and tolerance for downtime.

Can I get a facial if I have active acne?

Yes, but the treatment must be appropriate for the type and severity of acne.

Inflamed or cystic acne should not simply be aggressively scrubbed or extracted.

Naiva adjusts the treatment to your skin and takes prescription medications and active skincare products into consideration.

How soon after Botox or filler can I get a facial?

Timing depends on the treatment performed and the type of facial being considered.

Because facials can involve pressure, massage, suction, exfoliation or other manipulation, tell us about any recent injectable treatment when booking.

Our team will determine when it is appropriate to proceed.

Can I have a facial between microneedling or laser treatments?

Yes, when appropriately timed.

In fact, professional skin maintenance may complement a broader rejuvenation plan.

However, recently resurfaced skin needs time to heal.

Naiva coordinates the timing of your facial with your other treatments rather than treating each appointment independently.

Do I still need skincare at home?

Absolutely.

Professional treatments cannot compensate for an inconsistent daily routine.

Your home regimen is where your skin spends almost all of its time.

Professional treatments can complement that routine with deeper cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, corrective procedures and ongoing assessment.

Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen is particularly important in Miami and when undergoing treatments for pigmentation or photoaging.

Your Best Skin Isn’t One Treatment Away.

IT’S A PLAN.

Healthy, beautiful skin comes from understanding what your skin needs today, and how those needs may change over time.

Naiva combines customized HydraFacial treatments, Obagi Blue Peel facials, clinical facials, professional exfoliation, aesthetic procedures and personalized home skincare to create a complete approach to skin health.

Sometimes your skin needs hydration.

Sometimes it needs extraction.

Sometimes it needs controlled exfoliation.

Sometimes it needs correction.

And sometimes the best thing we can do is allow it to recover.

At Naiva, we know the difference.

READY TO BUILD YOUR PERSONALIZED SKIN PLAN?

Individual results vary. Treatment selection depends on skin type, medical history, recent procedures, current medications and skincare, sun exposure and clinical suitability. Chemical peels vary in depth and recovery. Your provider will review risks, contraindications, preparation, expected downtime and aftercare before treatment.
