Oxygenating Facial in Miami
Brighter, calmer skin in under an hour.
An oxygenating facial is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses oxygen, either delivered under light pressure with a hydrating serum or drawn to the skin's surface through a controlled exfoliating reaction, to brighten dull, dehydrated or stressed skin. It suits almost every skin type, including sensitive skin, and requires no recovery.
45–60 minutes.
No downtime.
Brighter skin the same day.
About a week per session.
Where you are

Your skin is flat rather than congested: the color has gone gray, fine dehydration lines show by evening, and it feels tight after cleansing whatever moisturizer you use. Air conditioning, flights and sun draw water out faster than the skin can hold it. You want something gentle enough to repeat whenever the calendar asks for it.
Where you want to be
Your provider chooses one of two routes. In the first, a fine stream of pressurized oxygen carries a hyaluronic acid serum with vitamins and antioxidants onto freshly cleansed skin. In the second, a gel and capsule react on the surface to release carbon dioxide, which draws oxygen-rich blood to the area and visibly improves color and plumpness.
Exfoliation is mild and enzymatic; the emphasis is on what goes back into the skin. Dehydrated skin tends to respond quickly, and because there is no cumulative irritation, the treatment can be repeated before events or during demanding stretches.
What to expect
With pressurized oxygen you feel a cool, steady stream; with the gel method, a mild warming fizz that fades as the reaction completes. A hydrating mask, serum and sunscreen finish the visit, and you leave with skin that looks brighter and feels softer.
45–60 minutes. Cleanse, gentle enzyme exfoliation, the oxygen step, then a hydrating mask, serum and sunscreen.
No downtime. There is no redness or peeling, and the plumped, hydrated feel is strongest for two to three days.
Brighter skin the same day. Color, softness and hydration hold for about a week for most patients.
About a week per session. Used monthly or before demanding weeks, it keeps baseline hydration and color higher.
Who it tends to suit
- Dull, gray or tired-looking skin that isn't congested or breaking out
- Dehydrated skin that feels tight, shows fine lines by evening and drinks up moisturizer
- Sensitive, reactive or rosacea-prone skin that cannot tolerate acids or abrasion
- Anyone who wants brighter skin before an event with zero downtime
- Frequent travelers and those working long hours in air-conditioned environments
- Not the best fit for congested, oily skin with active breakouts, where an acne-focused facial or HydraFacial MD will do more
Who performs it
Your skin is assessed so the method, the exfoliation step and the serums are chosen for it rather than applied as a standard sequence. For many patients this is the gentle, repeatable treatment between more intensive work, or the one their provider chooses when the skin needs calming rather than correcting.

Every treatment is performed by a licensed provider under Medical Director oversight, with clear protocols.

Questions patients ask
Answers from the clinical team, in the order they tend to be asked. Anything specific to you is confirmed at consultation.
Ask your own question →Does it hurt?
No. This is one of the gentlest treatments we offer: a cool stream of air or a mild warmth and fizzing, depending on the method. There are no needles, no abrasion and no acids strong enough to sting.
How many sessions do I need?
One session gives a visible improvement in brightness and hydration that lasts about a week. For skin that is regularly dehydrated or stressed, a monthly visit keeps the baseline higher; some patients book it ahead of events or travel.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the length of the treatment and any additional serums or steps recommended for your skin. Pricing is set at your assessment.
Can I have it during pregnancy?
It is one of the treatments expectant patients most often choose. Some serum ingredients are avoided as a precaution, so tell your provider and the products will be selected accordingly.
What's the difference between this and a HydraFacial?
HydraFacial MD is built around clearing congestion: it exfoliates, extracts and infuses with a device, and suits oily or clogged skin. The Oxygenating Facial is built around restoring hydration, color and calm for skin that is dull or sensitive rather than congested. Your provider may recommend one, or alternate them.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Yes. It is a good follow-on a week or two after a peel or resurfacing treatment, when skin is healed but still dry, and it pairs well with injectables because it does not disturb the treated area. Your provider will sequence it so nothing overlaps too closely.
